Steven Michael Pague is a founding staff of and has been leading sessions, workshops and hosting the winter programs for The Omega Institute for 33 years in the U.S., The Virgin Islands and Costa Rica. He is a certified teacher of The Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi, a staff and teacher of The Arts of Life with The Tracking Project of New Mexico.

Resident of Claverack, in the Hudson Valley of NY State, he is a musician, singer, songwriter, poet, performer, and a life long student of Life Force, Qigong and the cultivation of Qi. He is also co-owner with his wife, Lila, of Winter Sun & Summer Moon of Rhinebeck.
